হযরত আয়েশা রাযি.বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাই ওয়াসাল্লামের অভ্যাস ছিল যে, রাত্রে যখন ঘুমাইবার জন্য শয়ন করিতেন তখন উভয় হাতকে মিলাইতেন এবং কুলহু আল্লাহু আহাদ এবং কুল আউযুবি রব্বিল ফালাক অর্থাৎ সুরা এখলাস ও সুরা ফালাক পড়িয়া হাতের উপর ফু দিতে..
অতঃপর উভয় হাতে ফুদিয়ে মাথা থেকে পা পর্যন্ত সেই হাত বুলিয়ে দিতেন... প্রথমে মাথায় এবং চেহারা এবং শরীরের সামনের অংশে বুলাইতেন... এই আমল মহানবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তিনবার করিতেন হাদীসটি আবু দাউদ শরীফ থেকে এসেছে....
এই আমলটি করলে ইনশাল্লাহ কোনো প্রকার কুফুরি কালাম তার উপর কাজ করবে না শত্রু কোন যাদু বান করলে কাজ করবে না... এই আমলটি শোয়ার পূর্বে অযু করে নিবেন... আমাদের শরীরে যাদুটোনা রাত্রে আছর করে এই রাত্রে নতুন নতুন অসুখ মানুষকে আক্রান্ত করে ইনশাআল্লাহ এই আমলের বরকতে এগুলো আর আসর করতে পারবে না... কাউকে নতুন অবস্থায় জ্বীন পরী কোন যাদু টোনা আক্রান্ত করতে পারবেনা... আল্লাহ তা'আলা তার জন্য ফেরেশতা নিযুক্ত করে রাখবেন তার পাহারার জন্য
